Account, walkthroughs, and support
Open your user menu in the top bar for Profile, Documentation, membership and billing actions available to your account, appearance, and Logout.
Review your profile
Choose Profile to see your account name and email address. Use Edit Profile for the supported profile fields and photo controls.
The displayed email is useful when checking invitations. If you expected a project or workspace and cannot see it, compare this address with the one the administrator invited before changing project setup.
Use the account’s Reset Password flow when you need to reset your password. Follow the instructions shown by that flow; project administrators do not need your password to invite you.
Change appearance
Use the user menu’s dark-mode action or the profile’s Preferred Theme control to switch the app’s appearance. Appearance does not change schedule data, calendars, or print content.
The documentation site also has its own theme control. You can read the guides in the theme that suits you without changing a project’s schedule presentation.
Revisit a walkthrough
On Profile, find Walkthroughs. Choose Quick start or Explore your schedule, then use Show again when available.
Quick start introduces the first-project/import-or-create workflow and runs in its applicable empty-workspace context. Explore your schedule introduces the schedule UI. If a walkthrough does not appear on the current page, open the relevant workspace or schedule context described by the walkthrough.
For instructions you can revisit at any time, use Get started and Tour the schedule editor.
Membership and billing
Members and project Team help you inspect different levels of access. The workspace Owner manages billing. If a feature is disabled for licensing or an inactive workspace, ask the Owner to review the account state rather than creating another account to work around it.
Current pricing, allocations, and plan details belong in the app’s billing flow. See Premium projects and licenses for how member licenses differ from project slots.
Contact support
Use Contact support in this documentation site’s navigation to open the app’s support form. Choose the type of request:
- Help: a question about a product feature or workflow.
- Bug: something broken or different from the expected behavior.
- Feature: an improvement or new capability you would like to request.
Describe what you were doing and what happened. For a useful first report, include the project and schedule name/ID, relevant Activity IDs, exact error text, and steps that reproduce the problem. For a date-calculation question, include the status date, calculation mode, calendar, and the expected versus actual date.
The form supports an optional image attachment; follow its displayed size limit. Check the referenced page if one is shown. Do not put passwords or access tokens in a support message.
Submit the form and look for Your message has been submitted. If submission reports an error, keep the text and try again after resolving it. The confirmation means the request was received; it is not a promise of an immediate resolution.
Sign out or switch accounts
Use Logout from the user menu when you need to end the current session. Sign in with the address associated with the intended workspace or invitation. Confirm the selected workspace afterward, especially if your accounts have similarly named personal spaces.
